As a customer of TKL Logistics, you can retrieve shipment information directly into your own business system through our API. This makes it easy to work with shipping data in the systems you already use.
We recommend that all new integrations are built using API v4, our latest version. If you are still using v1, v2, or v3, those versions will continue to work, but we strongly recommend planning an upgrade to v4 in the future.

Webhooks – Receive Real-Time Updates
Instead of polling our API, you can enable webhooks directly in Dispatch. Once activated, shipment information is automatically sent to your system whenever an update occurs, such as a new ETA, status change, or tracking event.
This is ideal if you want ETA information and shipment statuses to remain up to date in your business system without repeatedly querying our API.
You can enable and configure your webhooks in the Dispatch settings.
