SvenskaReduced PSS Levels
Some shipping lines have implemented further reductions in ocean freight rates from the Far East, which allows us to lower our Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) starting from ETD April 1.
- USD 34 per w/m for LCL, and USD 850 per 20′ and USD 1250 per 40′.
We will continue to keep you updated on any changes or adjustments. Our top priority is always to ensure swift and efficient transport of your cargo as soon as it is ready for shipment. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to consider alternative solutions outside the standard freight terms, which could affect the cost structure.
Challenges in Continental Ports
The situation remains challenging in several continental ports. Transshipments are generally unstable, often leading to delays, sometimes at very short notice. The most recent example is a spot strike in Belgium today, March 31, which affects both ports and airports in Belgium and is very likely to impact nearby hubs as well.
