We can help take out insurance for a fee. Insurance is needed in case there is damage to your goods and you want compensation for this. The insurance also covers if there is a joint breakdown. For each transport, a request needs to be made with the current airline and courier company to be sure they accept this type of goods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examples of dangerous goods are: batteries, chemicals and knives.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1824944576\" class=\"col medium-3 small-6 large-2\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner text-center\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<a href=\"#\" class=\"button secondary popupbutton transport\"  >\n\t\t<span>Transport<\/span>\n\t<\/a>\n\n\n\t<div id=\"text-2847319743\" class=\"text text-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transport<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flying is usually the most expensive option, but it has the shortest lead time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When your goods are ready in the sending country, your supplier makes a booking with our local office or our agent in the sending country. The agent contacts us regarding the booking and we give them instructions on how to proceed and make the booking. For air transport, you can choose between commercial flight or with a courier. Which one you choose depends on the type of goods, weight and dimensions.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flight<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When medium-sized shipments need to arrive quickly, the transit time from China is about seven to ten days. When the goods have arrived in Sweden, it takes about one or two days before you can have the goods delivered. If you have your warehouse or office high up in the north of Sweden, it will take a little bit longer.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Courier<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main courier options we use are DHL and TNT.&nbsp; A courier is used when there are smaller consignments that need to be flown. It is cheaper than transporting by scheduled flight. The transit time from China is about 3-6 days. For normal flights, we recommend that you do not stack more than 160 cm in height. Please note that if this is exceeded, shipping will be more expensive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are using a courier, your goods should not exceed 120 cm in any dimension as this increases the fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Import\/export of foodstuffs<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to import\/export food, it is important that you have all the required documentation. The delivery terms determine who will be responsible for which costs and who will be responsible, and thus will be responsible for the insurance during different parts of the transport. The four most common delivery terms are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EXW: The recipient pays for shipping and is responsible for insurance from the supplier&#8217;s door all the way to the delivery address.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DAP: The sender pays for shipping and is responsible for insurance from their door all the way to the recipient&#8217;s door. Duty is paid by the consignee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DDP: The shipper pays for shipping and is responsible for insurance from their door all the way to the recipient&#8217;s door. Duty is paid by the sender.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FOB: Payment and insurance responsibility passes from seller to buyer when the goods pass the boat&#8217;s rail or are loaded onto the plane. There are several factors that influence what the total cost for customs tax will be. Factors that affect customs duty are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transport cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Item value.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product type and static number\/HS code.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exchange rate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any declaration of origin.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can contact the customs office to get help identifying which statistical number best fits your product and you can get an estimate of the duty rate. The duty rate indicates how many percent of the goods value you need to pay in customs duty.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VAT number<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You need to be registered with customs and have a VAT number to be able to import goods.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customs credit<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You need a customs credit from the customs office in order to be able to pay the customs duty after delivery. If you do not have a customs credit, we will pay the cost and invoice you afterwards. Please note that in that case we charge a fee. If you import often, we recommend that you apply for your own customs credit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customs credit means that you pay a sum to the customs office which they use as security and then release the goods before the duty is paid. You then have 30 days to pay the fee. Should the customs credit be exceeded, we will pay for the next shipment, and invoice you afterwards, so that the transport will continue. It is recommended that you review your customs credit at regular intervals.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Power of attorney<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order for us to be able to take your goods through customs, we need a power of attorney. A declaration of origin is used in combination with a REX number. This number is indicated on the invoice to reduce customs costs. We need to see a copy at an early stage to ensure that it can be used. You need to archive the original by yourself.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Export licence<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certain products require a permit to be exported. In those cases, an application for an export licence needs to be approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customs clearance in different countries<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The requirements and procedures for import and export clearance look different in different countries, but through our contact network of agents we can help with clearances all over the world.
